1. Core Equipment Functions


NCBF-600B 3-in-1 Uncoiling, Straightening, and Feeding Machine: Employing servo control technology, it ensures consistent continuous feeding, preventing component misalignment and loosening, laying a solid foundation for subsequent stamping processing.


JH21-160T Punch Press: With 160-ton stamping force, it is responsible for the high-precision shaping of metal plates. It features fast response speed and stable pressure output, effectively improving the structural rigidity of rack supports and ensuring that the products can bear heavy loads in rack applications.


2. Automated Production Workflow

Material Loading: Metal coils or sheets are fed into the NCBF-600B through the feeding system.

Connection Forming: The NCBF-600B completes the positioning and preliminary connection of the support components.

Precision Stamping: The pre-formed components are transported to the JH21-160T punch press for integral stamping and shaping, ensuring the tight fit of connection parts.

Unloading & Inspection: The finished rack supports are automatically unloaded and transferred to the quality inspection station for dimensional and strength testing.
