So what is the working principle of the 3 in 1 feeder?

Lihao 3 in 1 feeder is Peripheral feeding system that sets coiler、straghtener,feeder as one.It is a feeding system which unifies the functions of the three types of machines by digital technology.,the working principle of the 3 in 1 feeder combine with some parts as follow:



(1)Material rock:

The material rock is made by using the principle of cantilever beam mechanism, and the hydraulic expansion is made by using the principle that the expansion of oil cylinder and the connecting rod mechanism cause the change of the diameter of the shingle of the material rack.

(2)Correction parts:

Lihao three-in-one feeder corrects the head of the machine using parallel roller correction. It turns intermittent pressure straightening into continuous roll straightening. A number of parallel straightening rollers are arranged interlaced from entrance to exit, and repeated bending is carried out according to the law of decreasing bending, in order to achieve straightening, that is to say, under large elastic-plastic bending conditions, metal materials are subjected to large elastic-plastic bending conditions. No matter how different the original bending degree may be, the residual bending degree difference will decrease significantly or even tend to be consistent after bouncing.



(3)Feeder parts:

Lihao three-in-one feeder feeding part is made of the principle of the linear velocity reflecting the angular velocity by dividing the feeding circle circumference by setting the electronic ruler wheel group. The position semi-closed loop control is usually used in the three-in-one feeder, in which the feedback element on the servo motor is not only the speed feedback element but also the position feedback element. According to the set acceleration, running speed, deceleration and length. The positioning module automatically controls the speed and position in the servo controller.

In conjunction with the punch and with the three-in-one feeder as the control body, the die-cutting of the coiled material is carried out when the material is walking to a standstill, that is, when the cutting edge is separated, the fixed-length control system is started. The length is controlled by a servo driver containing a pulse generator. At the beginning of the system, the operating speed curve is calculated directly from the basic parameters of the preset rate of addition and subtraction, the maximum speed, the S curve and the target length. When the conveying length reaches the specified value, the rolling material stops moving, the servo system sends a signal to the punch press, the crankshaft is joined, the cutting edge is closed, the coiling material is cut off, and the coil material is circulated in turn. The whole production line stops working until the machining reaches the production quantity set in advance on the counter.
