The working principle of the tilting feeder is as follows:

1. After the material head is uncoiled and leveled by the material rack, and it will pass through the feeder rack, the feeding roller, and the discharging plate will enter the mould of the punch press after the material rack is unwound and the material head after the tilting  machine is leveled. After setting the feeding length, feed width, disk diameter and the number of swings on the touch screen of the left and right tilting feeder, the left and right tilting feeder will run automatically.

 

2. On one hand, the servo motor controls the stamping action of the punch continuous die through the lifting control device, while the other controls the distance and speed of the material transmission through the forward conveying device of the material. At the same time, the lateral translation drive device is used to control the distance of the material lateral translation. In this way, when the first stamping is completed on the plate, the servo motor of the left and right tilting feeder can drive the lateral translation of the moving frame through the lateral translation drive device, thereby driving the appropriate distance of the lateral translation of the plate. Make the continuous die press the sheet one by one along the direction of transverse arrangement.

 

3, when the first row of stamping is completed, the lateral translation drive device drives the moving frame and the material transverse translation proper distance, and the material forward conveying device drives the material forward at the appropriate distance, the stamping continuous die then carries on the stamping work of the second row. According to the size of the punch aperture and the width of the plate, by accurately calculating the distance of each lateral translation or advance distance, the clearance between the punching holes formed on the plate can be minimized, and the utilization ratio of the material can be maximized. The waste of materials has been reduced.
