1. Precautions before maintenance

1.1 Read the operation manual carefully

In particular, the matters needing attention to safety should be read and understood repeatedly before safe operation.


1.2 No entry for unrelated persons

(1)The operator shall not be close to the machinery under maintenance unless for maintenance or maintenance.

(2)Operational hazard  The operation in the maintenance action state, you have to have deputies, by more than two personnel.

(3)In case of emergency , the deputy should be able to stop the machinery immediately.

(4)Never touch the moving part

(5)If the body or tool comes into contact with a rotating shaft ,roller, chain, etc, can be clipped or be involved in, cause the happening of person accident.

 

1.3 Ban transformation

(1)Without the permission of the company, mechanical and electrical transformation is not allowed, unauthorized transformation will not only reduce the safety, damage to the function, but also lead to the important reason for the shortening of mechanical life.

(2)The company shall not be responsible for any accident or failure caused by the transformation without the company’s permission.

(3)Please consult our engineers in advance if necessary.

 

1.4 Cut off the power and air supply

(1)stop the machine and turn off the power and air, when carry out maintenance operation .

(2)The operation should be started after confirming that the filter and air cylinder as well as the air pressure circuit and residual pressure are “0”.

(3)It is dangerous to operate machinery in its working condition

 

1.5 Components with internal pressure

(1)Filters and cylinders and air lines sometimes create high pressure.

(2)If not carefully removed, high pressure gas and debris can be sprayed into the eyes and skin, causing significant damage.

(3)Release pressure slowly, when the pressure gauge shows “0” ,then remove it. The internal pressure relied method is as follows:

  a. Move the filter regulator disc to release the pressure in the pneumatic system.

  b. Confirm the indication of the pressure gauge is 0.

  c. Screwdriver hold down the manual operation button of the uncoiling electromechanical magnetic valve (composite joint), let the cylinder move a few times to release the pressure in the  cylinder.

 

1.6 Additional notes

(1)The oil inlet of hydraulic station and cylinder has been sealed with blind hole nut, please disassemble it as required. Do not disassemble the nut of the solenoid valve which is not in use.

(2)Do not discard the removed nut, it is possible to reuse them during handling or maintenance.

(3)If the arc welding repair operation is carried out, the electronic components will be damaged or fire due to the influence of welding current

2. Maintenance introduction

2.1 Air pressure

a. Air piping:check whether there is leakage in each pipeline.

b. Air valve and solenoid valve:check whether the control of air valve and solenoid valve is normal under proper operation.

c. Air cylinder:check for air leakage, proper lubrication and smooth operation.

d. Pressure gage:Check whether the pressure gauge is in normal position.

 

2.2 Electric

a. Control screen:Check the operation status of the control screen, replace the defective control panel.

b. Electric wire:Check that the fuse is properly sized, check the insulation of the wire and replace the defective wire.

c. Motor:check whether the fixing screws of motor and bracket are tightened.

d. Button:Check these switches carefully and replace them immediately if they are defective.

e. Relay:Check the abrasion of the contact loose connection and broken line, please maintain it carefully.

 

2.3 Oil pressure

a. Hydraulic piping:Check the oil pipe for any leakage.

b. Oil cylinder:check oil cylinder for oil leakage and smooth operation

c. Hydraulic pressure station:Check the function of hydraulic station is normal

 

2.4 Mechanical part

a. Drive gear:Check whether the gears and keys are tight, check gear for proper lubrication.

b. Motor drive:Check whether the motor shaft and pulley are loose.Whether the belt and pulley have cracks, wear and deformation.

c. Clean:Clean the inside and outside of the equipment, remove any accumulated foreign matter.
