Equipment installation instruction:

1、Connect the 380V three-phase power supply, (the Electronic control box attached to the circuit diagram) check the direction of rotation, the material should be feed up, materials vertical correction head.


2、Adjust the feeding distance, when the center of the material frame and the punch face is basically parallel, with the feeding device feeding port distance at 3 meters ~4 meters, when the material frame and punch face is too high or too low, the appropriate adjustment of the feeding distance, adjust the direction of discharge.


3、Shake the hand counterclockwise, adjust the diameter of the bracket plate, diagonal 1 Block plate (a frame), load the material, and then on the other two pieces of material plate on the retaining plate, should note that the retaining plate can not put the reel clamp too tight, should leave a gap, otherwise it will affect the material, is the clockwise shake , tighten the roll.


4、When feeding, press the inlet to lift the handle, the retaining wheel opens to the appropriate width (slightly greater than the material width), the material is placed in the roller, the feed lifting handle pulls, clamps the material, and the loosening of the pressure material is adjusted by using the relaxation inlet and discharge pressure adjusting hand wheel, knowing that the material can be delivered smoothly.


5、Using leveling adjustment hand wheel to adjust the flatness of straightening materials: such as straightening after the shape of the material "concave", indicating that the pressure is too tight, leveling adjustment hand wheel need to be relaxed adjustment, such as the shape of the material "convex" indicates that the material is still uneven, leveling adjustment hand wheel need to be pressurized adjustment. (Note: Adjustment should not exceed 1/8 laps at a time, slowly adjusted to the desired flatness).


6、If the above operation is completed, please press the electronic control box manually to send the material out, check whether the material sent out is fully up to the requirements, and then start using automatic feeding.


7、According to the need to use the inverter, control the discharge speed, can properly adjust the height of the induction rod, control the length of each discharge (do not touch the induction rod to the machine itself, such as contact to produce signal backflow, automatic feeding loss of control, that is, stop operation).


Notice attention:

1、Switch on the power supply should first check whether the supply voltage matches, there is poor contact bad, etc., so as not to damage the whine motor.

2、Reliable grounding should be given to avoid injury when electrical appliances are damaged.

3、After loading the material, you should go to the shake immediately, so as not to hurt people during the operation.

4、The power supply should be cut off when loading, and the station is strictly forbidden around the feeder plate.


Maintenance:

1、Long-term use, should be added to the spindle bearing butter every one months, semi-annual replacement reducer oil, oil added to 1/3 can be.

2、 Electrical control box in the wiring points, must not be loose, so as not to burn electrical appliances, affect the normal use, not to have oil and water into.

3、 Long-term use, should pay attention to check the housing, screws are loose.

4、Long term not used, spindle with butter, and check the electronic control box.
