一、The layout of the material from the left side of the punch for stamping.Feeding materials from the left side of the punching machine is the most common way for stamping enterprises.The main placement method is that the decoiler is placed on the left side of the punching machine, adn then it is leveled out through leveling machine, and the precision feeder is pressed to the stamping area of the punch through the NC servo feeder, and the finisehd products are sent out from the right side of the punch after ther completion of the stamping, achieve the feeding and stamping process of left direction stamping production line.
二、The layout of material feeding and stamping from the right side of the punch. The way of feeding from the right side of the punch is relatively few, then the way of feeding stamping is the same, through unwinding , leveling and stamping, but the direction is different, the equipment is placed on the right side of the punch, the choice of direction does not affect the feeding process and accuracy of the test machine.
三、The layout of material feeding and stamping from the front of the punch . The front feeding mode of punch is often used in zigzag feeder for feeding stamping . The zigzag feeder can move and swing left and right, which is suitable for the disc blanking stamping production line. Because the width of both sides of the ordinary punch is limited relative to the front side, you can choose from the front feeder.
