NC zigzag feeder has unique advantages in punch feeder, and can realize left and right zigzag feeding. It is more widely used in punch stamping industry than other traditional feeder. The control electronic part of NC left and right zigzag feeder also adopts the unique parts of left and right zigzag feeder.
The control system of zigzag NC feeder uses the highest standard configuration of feeder industry. The main parts of the control part are PLC controller imported from Japan and mechanical drive mode with two imported servo motor drives. The control panel uses 7 inch high -definition touch screen and action single-acting switch button, at the same time ,in order to ensure the stability of the left and right swing feeder at high speed.To improve the efficiency of zigzag feeder, we installed the high quality brake resistance imported from Japan in the control system, ensure that the stop of feeding wheel reaches the maximum response, and maximize the consistency between the actual feeding length and the input data,and achieve the stability.
The NC zigzag feeder and the bottom of the press are equipped with parallel double guide rails. When the whole production line works, the motor pushes the feeder to the working area of the press and the ground for locking (the installation drawing of the ground wire holes will be provided).When the production line is not in use, the feeder will be pulled back along the guide rail and the feeder shall be pulled back to use 4.5M for locking position.
In production ,we first input the speed of the feeding machine, the speed of the left and right offset distance, the step distance of the feeding machine and the frequency of the feeder on the NC left and right bias feeder.The system calculates the running speed curve directly with the preset increase and decrease rate, the maximum speed, the S curve and the target length as the basic parameters, and directly drives the servo motor to run to the position automatically. The machine starts, and when the length of the conveying reaches the specified value, the coil stops the transportation. The servo system sends a signal to the punch ,the crankshaft is engaged, the cutting edge is closed , the coiled material is cut off, circulates in turn, and works automatically until the whole production line is shut down until it is processed to the production quantity set on the counter in advance and stop working.
The NC left and right zigzag feeder is mainly designed and developed for the cutting of the circle sheet. It can minimize the loss of raw materials and reduce the cost of raw materials in stamping production. At the same time, the automation equipment reduces the labor.
