The working principle of the feeder: There are some subtle differences in the working principles of different types of feeders, but the overall principle is similar. It is composed of five parts, and the distributing device discharges the bar material to the conveying wheel one rod at a time, and the conveying wheel sends the bar material to the grinding area. The bar material is above the conveying wheel when it is working. When the bar material is worn and rotated, the friction force of the bar material is reduced when the conveying wheel is rotating forward, thereby improving the abrasion accuracy. Vibration and noise are very small during work, especially suitable for long bar materials and precision workpiece processing. The size of the air gap between the iron core and the armature in the electromagnetic vibration feeder directly affects the normal operation of the feeder. If the adjustment is improper, the lighter will increase the current and reduce the amplitude. Small and non-normal operation, severe cases will cause iron core collision and damage to the iron core and coil. Therefore, regular inspection and adjustment of the air gap is an important condition to ensure operation.

There are two major factors in the amplitude of the adjustment trough of the double-mass point connection spring plate group: one is the electromagnetic excitation force of the feeder, and the second is the natural frequency of the feeder itself. According to the resonance principle of mechanical vibration, only when the natural frequency of the feeder resonates with the excitation frequency of the electromagnet, the amplitude of the trough is the largest.
