Conventional Model Instruction

1. The central hole of the main structure is by lapped finishing first and then electroplating so as to better ensure its roundness and straightness, which thus enables the core shaft to run smoothly.

2.  After processed, the main structure goes through anti-corrosive treatment, and then it is cleaned through ultrasonic wave before assembled so as to guarantee trouble-free when processing leftover materials.

3. The exchangeable reversal valve is constructed large circular angle and its internal bore goes through mirror polishing treatment so as to greatly improve feeder’s loading speed and the life span of sealing ring.

4. All the sealing parts are introduced from Japan.

5. Two-position three-way valve structure is adopted in the new floating lever, and thus gas-leaking problem is solved. 

6. Two units of pneumatic cushions are adopted to efficiently reduce vibration and noise.

7. The guiding rail is processed through hard chrome plating finish after going high tensi

le steel heating process. The connection between mobile part and guiding rail goes through accurate grinding so as to make machine moving and its motion flexible and stable. 

8. All screws are fixed with high-strength oxygen pressed rubber so as to avoid loosening from vibration, yielding good sealing capability.

9. Air feeder features compact conformation, high accuracy, high speed, and a good combination of beauty and application.

10.Particular model can be produced according to different dimension and length.

Precautions: 

1. Fix guide level on punch head or mould stand,when guide level press pliot,the movalbe clamp move back,and press material and prepare next feeding.When pilot level raise,movable clamp feed material forward.

2. If want length distance feeding or up-down running distance is too short,need to extend the time of pilot level press down,can fix spring part on the screw of guide level.Using the flexing principle of spring,can get stable and exact feeding.

3. When punch machine speed is too fast to cooperate with feeder speed,then need to fix spring guide level.

Malfunction and Elimination


A.not favoring start
Malfunction Reasons1. lack in lube

2. lubricating equipment is not very good.

3. Wind tube is wore down and in aging. 

4. sp nipple is wore down.

5. pressure is too big or too small.

6. O type ring is wore down.

Elimination Means1. pls add lube.

2. wash or replace the 3 point joint compages.

3. replace a new one.

4.replace a new one.

5. adjust compressor.

6. replace a new one.

B.not precision feeding

Malfunction Reasons

1.the speed is too fast.

2.not exact length adjusting. 

3. pressure is too big or too small.

4.mould error.

5.mould have no guide pin.

6.clamp can not grip material tightly.

7.when feed,material strip is askew ad accidented.

8.feeder is off for 12 hours.

Elimination Means1.circumgyrate the speed adjusting screw deasil.

2.adjust the feeding length adjusting screw.

3.check pressure detector is damaged or not.

4.adjust mould.

5.pls improve mould.

6. clamp is wore down,pls grind flat.

7.feeder must be vertical with mould.

8.keep feeding for 3-5 minutes,after feeder is hot,then feed material.
