Heavy material rack common problem handling.

Heavy material frame is applicable to a wide range, from tens of kilograms of light material coil to the weight of more than ten tons of super large material coil can bear, it and leveling machine, feeder, punch composed of automatic stamping production line can achieve 24 hours uninterrupted automatic stamping production.In actual stamping production, in order to ensure the production efficiency, stamping equipment basic it is uninterrupted running all the time, when the shift is often only substitution non-stop, under such a high intensity of work, heavy material failure is inevitable, so heavy material operator must be the cause of the problem of heavy material and processing method, in order to timely solve, avoid affecting the whole stamping production.

There are three faults in heavy material frame, one is mechanical fault, the other is electrical fault in electric control box, and the third is motor and reducer in the fuselage. There are different solutions for these three faults:


1. The actual coil material used for heavy material frame is beyond its applicable scope.

Although heavy material frame can be customized, but each manufactured good material frame has the rated maximum material thickness, width, material weight and outside diameter, if beyond its use range will cause mechanical failure due to heavy load, then change to meet the standard rated material coil can be solved.Heavy material coil spindle bearing damaged resulting in equipment failure.

Heavy material frame needs spindle to drive the supporting tile plate to rotate to complete the uncoiling action. If the spindle bearing is damaged, the machine cannot operate. At this time, the replacement of the spindle bearing can be solved.The transmission belt inside the fuselage of the heavy-duty material frame is too loose, resulting in skidding and unable to provide power normally. Open the rear cover of the material frame and adjust the transmission belt tightly.


2. Lack of phase of external power supply and poor contact make the material frame not electrified, resulting in machine unable to operate.The time relay, intermediate relay and AC contactor are damaged and the material rack cannot work normally.

Solution: Check the time relay, intermediate relay and AC contactor of heavy material frame in turn. If there is any damage, repair or replace it.If the induction device of the material rack has bad contact or falls off, the material rack shall be controlled by induction rack or induction rod to realize automatic operation. If there is any problem with the induction circuit, the material rack cannot start and stop normally, so it can be checked and solved accordingly.


3. After checking the above two aspects, if the cause of failure is still not found, it is necessary to check the motor and reducer. If the motor has no motion sound, the motor's line contact is bad or the motor has been burnt out;If the motor has a sound, insert the axle card connected with the reducer to check whether the axle card is damaged. If the axle card will be damaged, it is the fault of the reducer. Generally speaking, the failure rate of the reducer is very low.
