Its principle is to use air source as power, to clamp materials through the cylinder, to feed by the telescopic stroke of the cylinder, and to adjust the feeding length by the length of the stroke of the adjusting cylinder to control.
Advantages of air feeder: easy to operate, easy to install, affordable, can achieve automatic stamping feeding equipment at the lowest price.In practice, it is mainly used for stamping products with low precision and low speed.
Disadvantages of air feeder: easy to damage material, o-ring wear will affect the feeding accuracy.
