In the stamping manufacturing industry, raw materials are used in order to facilitate transportation. In the process of post-processing, they have to go through the material frame unwinding and enter the process section for processing. Heavy material frame is a common unwinding equipment.
Heavy material rack adopts single drum to unload and uncoil. During uncoiling operation, the material coil is fed into the drum of heavy material rack with a crane or forklift truck. After the drum tights the material coil, the motor of the material rack is started, and the drum rotates the material into the automatic post-sequence stamping production line or feeder to complete the uncoiling operation.
The heavy material frame is divided into two types with and without power.There is power for standard, no power for optional.
No power model, no power drive device, by the back equipped with the straightening machine to achieve unwinding, do not need to reserve too long waiting area.
With the power type, the power motor drives the expansion and contraction drum through the transmission chain of the reduction gear to realize unwinding, and the start and stop are controlled by the vertical induction frame contact induction.
Both of the above models can be customized according to the customer's parameters.The main technical parameters of the material rack are load bearing, followed by inner diameter, outer diameter, and thickness (the material thickness is more than 1.6mm, please remind the customer to add pneumatic pressure arm to prevent loose winding).Therefore, in the non-standard custom material rack, the customer needs to provide material specifications.
