1.You can have a good check to see if the air pressure is unstable.
2. Is the feeder too fast?Generally speaking, NC feeder in a minute at most in 150-200, too much, feeder can not keep up, it is easy to cause inaccurate feeding.
3. Is there any problem with the mold?You can try to touch the product to see if there is a problem with the mold.
4. Check the feeder for air leakage (depending on pneumatic or mechanical relaxation).
5. Relaxation is not good enough, that is to say, whether the punch CAM and feeder fit synchronously.If relaxation doesn't work, try adjusting the punch CAM or the feeder box.
6. Whether the material is too oily, easy to cause feeding slip phenomenon.
