According to relevant experts, the space for equipment development around the press is very large, which means that the prospect of the three-in-one feeder is very impressive. What precautions will be taken during the transportation of the three-in-one feeder? At the same time, you should also pay attention to the following points during installation:
1、When the three-in-one feeder arrives at the customer's factory for unloading and lifting, please do not collide with all kinds of pipelines, baffles and parts of the equipment, and pay attention to the tension of all kinds of pipelines should not be too large, so as to avoid breakage or damage.
2、The three-in-one feeding machine and the center of the punching table must be three-in-one line, that is, the center of the material rack, leveling the feeding machine head center and the center of the punching table must be on the same straight line, so as to avoid deviation of the material phenomenon, the test method is in the three-in-one feeding machine before positioning a good straight line, to ensure the accurate location;
3、Due to the 3 in 1 feeder weight is very big, so the machine should be installed in reinforced concrete structure, based on the basis of the weight of the desirable roughly is 8 to 10 times the weight of the machine (because the triad feeder must install rack for production) the depth of the foundation is greater than the depth of the land to freeze at that point, accompanied with the triad of feeder size for materials to provide a basic figure and leveling machine, head of the relative position of the anchor bolts and other related parameters, the installation of anchor bolt must set aside the reserved hole, as the basis of the secondary grouting;
4、After placing the three-in-one feeder, be sure to check the oil pressure pipeline, gas pipeline and electric circuit as a whole first, and confirm that there is no bad contact or broken place before filling hydraulic oil for the oil pressure station to connect the gas circuit and electric circuit.
5、After the machine is placed, the level of the machine must be measured with a spirit level. The deviation of the level is controlled below 2 mm in the width of the front wall of the frame. The inspection of the level of the three-in-one feeder frame is particularly important. The feeding of the flat feeding machine head does not cause deflection, and the feeding accuracy of the leveling is prevented from being unstable;
6、Adjust the leveling and feeding height of the three-in-one feeder according to the lower die height of the press installation mold, conduct inching trial production first, and fix the screws on the bottom foot of the three-in-one feeder to prevent the machine from shifting after confirming that there is no problem with the three-in-one feeder and press trial production.
