NCLF Series 3-in-1 Uncoiler, Straightener, and Feeder System
Save Looping Space, Increase Safety Coiled material is from uncoiler through both left and right free guide rollers with advance photo sensors keeps looping. Through the opener device and bending roller system feeding the coiled material from up to down, passing opener device, coil tip flatness device, pinch rollers, work rollers, feed rollers to make the coiled material passing in an excellent smooth feeding

Basic Information:
The NCLF Series 3-in-1 coil feeder is designed for use with plate thicknesses up to 8.0mm. The standard model does not include a cart. The material rack is equipped with a powered pressure arm and pneumatic brakes. The system feeds material from the top with a pneumatic clutch and passive material discharge. The system features worm gear adjustment and high-speed hydraulic cylinder relaxation. The control panel and machine frame are designed separately for ease of operation. The discharge line height is electrically adjustable. The standard feeding direction is left to right. Due to the material thickness, hydraulic expansion can be selected to reduce operational risks and improve efficiency.

Structure
·Material part
Constructed from Q235B steel, the frame offers excellent strength, toughness, and weldability. The material is laser-cut to ensure flatness and CNC-machined for precision.

·Material spindle
The spindle bore is precision-formed with a horizontal boring machine, guaranteeing coaxiality within 0.015mm. The main shaft is made from 40Mn tube forging, which undergoes spheroidizing annealing and quenching.

·Left and Right Vertical Plates
Made from ZG25 cast steel, these vertical plates offer high strength, stability, and welding performance. Through a series of processes including annealing and CNC processing, these plates ensure accuracy, stability, and long-term durability, preventing deformation and cracking.

·Correcting Roller
The core component of the 3-in-1 system, the correcting roller is made from GCr15 round steel. The roller undergoes multiple treatments, including pre-heat treatment, intermediate frequency treatment, and plating, to maximize concentricity, accuracy, hardness, and extend its lifespan.

·Gear Section
The gears are manufactured using a multi-step process, including gear grinding, tooth surface processing, heat treatment, and surface finish grinding. This process ensures high wear resistance, strength, and precision, making the gears highly durable with a grade of 6 for extended service life.
