3 In 1 Uncoiler Straightener Feeder
An uncoiler straightener feeder (also known as a coil feeder or coil handling equipment) is a mechanical system used to process metal coils, such as steel or aluminum, in manufacturing processes. It consists of three key components: an uncoiler, a straightener, and a feeder.
Through the opener device and bending roller system feeding the coiled material from up to down, passing opener device, coil tip flatness device, pinch rollers, work rollers, feed rollers to make the coiled material passing in an excellent smooth feeding.

Structure
·Material part
Fabricated from Q235B steel, providing excellent elongation, strength, and toughness. The Q235B material undergoes laser cutting for flatness, CNC-machining for hole precision, and CO2 protective welding to secure frame dimensions.

·Material spindle
Crafted from 40Mn tube forging, the spindle is precision-machined by horizontal boring to ensure a coaxiality tolerance below 0.015mm.

·Left and right vertical board
Made from cast ZG25 steel, known for high strength, plasticity, and stability. The plates are CNC-processed for hole accuracy and undergo annealing to prevent deformation and cracking, ensuring the long-term precision of the left and right vertical plates.

·Correct roller part
Constructed from GCr15 round steel. Pre-treated with spheroidizing annealing, followed by intermediate-frequency treatment, coarse grinding, deep cooling, and precision plating.

·Gear section
Lihao Machinery’s gear processing includes grinding, heat treatment, and precision finishing. Gears are manufactured to grade 6 standards, ensuring high wear resistance and strength.
