Feature of SSP metal sheet strip straightener:
S shape high speed straightener is necessary equipment for press machine synchronous feeding, feeding speed is controlled by frequency convertor, material enter press through buffer ring track. Material feeding start/stop and feeding s control by photoelectric switch instruction, in order to obtain the same speed as the press machine.
This series straightener is upgrade version of the S series straightener. Special designed for thin materials that need high precision punching treatment. As we all know, coil materials can not produce good products without the flattening a stress relieving treatments; therefore, the performance of the straightener is critical in the production process.
The flattening and the straightening secondary wheels adopt the imported SUJ2, milling after HRC60°heat treatme and starts production after plating the hard chrome to ensure evenness of the chrome layers and the form tolerances of each bearing.
The flattening adjusting adopts floating four-point balancing equipment, with the dial indicator, which can find the leveling point rapidly.
Adopts high precision bearing to prolong life span.
Due to the differences of the material quality, width and thickness, there are no fixed values as the preferences; therefore, taking some materials for pilot run before the mass production and start the continuous assembly after it reaches the standard.
In order to lubricate easier, we put the gear box out of the machine body. By this way can ensure the operators’ safety.
