The automatic stamping of the 0.1-1.0 mm thick metal material, normally used the coil raw material. Using such coil metal strip material in stamping process, the traditional way is using heavy-duty vertical decoiler, place the coil on the decoiler shaft, and then expansion the tiles in manual, the metal strip will be suspended. With the press machine stamping, the motor controls the reducer to rotate the drum and decoiling, matching the subsequent leveling, feeder machine to realize automatic stamping production.This vertical decoiling method has limit to the inner diameter of materials, and each time when the coil used up, the machine needs to stop, and then re-loading with forklift, the stopping time is long, can not keep the continuity of stamping, increase the labor intensity of personnel, and the feeding speed is too slow, it is difficult to meet the needs of high-speed production.

The flat decoiler is composed of base plate, stand, electric control panel, tracker, swing bar and plane plate. The stand is connected with the base plate to form the overall frame structure. The electric control panel and tracker are set on the stand. In the base plate is equipped with a motor, the plane plate covers the base plate. The stand is also connected with an L-shaped pull rod and a swing rod with eccentric wheel. The pull rod is at the bottom of the electric control panel and fixed with the stand. Eccentric wheel is closed square ring, metal strip through the eccentric wheel into the press. to prevent the metal strip fall off, before the metal strip into the eccentric wheel, hung on the pull rod first, its role is to lift the metal strip, make it feeding more smoothly. The motor is controlled by the electric control panel, and its rotation speed is set to be the same with the press machine. The metal strip is placed on the flat plate. With the rotation of the flat plate driven by the motor, the metal strip is continuously feed forward.
