Maintenance Schedule For 3 In 1 Feeder

Check daily maintenance points:

It is mainly carried out before and after the daily operation. The daily operation shall be subject to 10 hours. After 10 hours, the operation shall be suspended for inspection.


1、Whether the operation of each photoelectric switch is normal or not?

1)Make sure the light of photoelectric switch is on.

2)If there is any problem, check whether the mounting bolt of the photoelectric switch is loose.


2、 Whether the emergency stop button works normally?

1)Turn the power selection switch to【NO】.

2)Press the reset button【RESET】on the feeder.

3)Test Run.

4)Press the abnormal stop button.

     Warning buzzer: make a sound.

     Abnormal display lamp: light.

     It is normal for the machine to stop working under the above conditions.

5)When starting the operation again, turn the "stop" button to the right to release the lock, and then press the "reset" button to cancel the alarm.Then press the reset key for operation.


Note:

(1)The emergency stop button is the most important switch in safety. If it doesn't work properly, it should be repaired immediately.

(2)Never use the device until it has been completely repaired.


Check maintenance points weekly:

Maintenance shall be carried out every 60 hours during operation. In addition to daily maintenance mentioned above, the following inspection and maintenance shall be carried out.

1.Feeder’s  drive gear, gear oil: check the drive gear regularly whether there is grease, if insufficient, brush brush grease.

2.Inlet width guide: check if there is any grease on the sliding screw and sliding part of inlet width guide. If insufficient, brush with grease.


Note:

(1)The oils used should meet the specified viscosity and should not be mixed with different kinds of oils.

(2)Be careful not to mix impurities and water, composition changes will cause performance reduction.

(3)Use clean oils and fats.


Check monthly maintenance points: 

That is, the monthly use time every 260 hours to carry out inspection and maintenance, in addition to daily, weekly maintenance to implement, must implement the following inspection and maintenance.


Drive chain of uncoiler:

Open the side and back cover of the uncoiler and check the tension of the drive chain. 

1)Loosen retaining bolt.

2)Loosen the nut of the tension bolt.

3)Turn the tension bolt to adjust the tension.

4)Thoroughly tighten the fixing bolts and nuts after reaching the proper tension.

To fuel the drive chain, the oil brand number should be equivalent to the gear oil SAE40-50.


Feeder drive belt:

1)Open the cover of the rectifying feeder and check the tension of the driving tape.

Apply 64N[6.5kgf] force to the center of the belt with a deflection of 7mm.When adjusting, loosen the fixing bolt of motor base and the nut of tension bolt to adjust.

2)Once the proper tension has been reached, tighten the mounting bolts completely and completely. Also, check the belt for damage. If damage occurs, it should be replaced in time.

When adjusting the tension of the belt, remove the upper cover.

Uncoiler spindle: Refuel the nozzles of the uncoiler.


Check maintenance points every six months:
Every six months, the inspection and maintenance shall be carried out every 1500 hours of use. In addition to the various inspection and maintenance items mentioned above, the following inspection and maintenance shall be carried out.


Air piping: Apply soapy water to the connection of the air piping to check for air leaks.
If the air leaks, after the internal pressure of the air pressure circuit is exhausted, the connection of the air leakage part is disassembled, and after cleaning, apply a sealant (also a sealing tape) and take over again.

 

Cleaning of work rolls:
1) Open the cover on the upper part of the machine and the door on the front of the stand to remove any debris from the work roll.
2) The 5 rollers on the upper part of the inside of the gantry are the lower work rolls, and the surface of the rolls is wiped with a soft cloth.
3)The six rollers at the center of the rack are the upper work rolls, and the surface of the rolls is wiped with a soft cloth.


Clean the main operating panel:Gently remove dirt from the main operating tray with a neutral cleanser that is foam free from the soft cotton yarn.


Note:
(1)wear protective glasses
(2)in the state of roller rotation, for the sake of safety, never carry out cleaning operation.

Check the maintenance points every year:
The inspection and maintenance shall be carried out every 3,000 hours per year. In addition to the inspection and maintenance items mentioned above, the following inspection and maintenance shall be carried out.Due to different operating conditions, it is expected that there will be considerable wear and tear in each part, so it is necessary to have a skilled maintenance personnel or professional experience of service personnel to assist the implementation of thorough inspection and maintenance.

Uncoiling machine brake tape: open the cover on the back of the uncoiling machine and check the thickness of brake belt. When the thickness changes to 2mm, a new brake belt should be replaced.


Note:
When carrying out the operation, be sure to cut off the power supply, because there are electrical components, so do not spray water and steam up.Also, never use organic solvents or gasoline.
Lihao machinery is recommended to be repaired and maintained regularly or at every service interval.
