Operating instructions:
1. Put the machines in right places (displayed in following chart), make sure that the material plane center and the feeder roller center and stamping die standing into a straight line, otherwise some feeding error may be existed.
2. Connect the three-phase power supply and make sure the wire is in right position so that the coil is transferred from uncoiler to punch machine.
3. Put the handle counterclockwise to expand outside diameter till it is less than the material inside diameter.
4. First, put two "A" shaped block material in the uncoiler and tighten them, then send the coil in. mind the position of the coil center and the feeding equipment. Turn the crank clockwise to expand the material inner hole and then install the other two "A" shaped block material. Take the crank out of uncoliler to avoid accidents.
5. Turn the angle of the induction rod to leave a buffer height between the coil and the induction rod. The buffer height may prolong the motor’s using life by reducing the motor’s rebooting time. CR uncoiler uses separate induction frame but the induction principle is as same as Heavy Duty uncoiler. The electric cabinet equipped with time controller to control the feeding speed (coil leave the induction rod in 3 sec, the motor operated in another 3 sec).
6. After the above steps were finished, please send the coil in by hand to ensure the coil is moving rightly, then you can press the automatic push-button.
7. To double head uncoiler, when the one head using up the coil, the other head should fit the coil on immediately. When changing the coil, you need to hit the pedal and rotate the spindle box 180 degree, then leave the pedal and put the plug into toaling hole, and all this work is done.
8. Some special devices are adopted with Heavy Duty uncoiler. Such as material pressing arm, hydraulic pressure material loading device, hydraulic expansion style, speed adjusting motor and hydraulic coil car.
9. When the material width is over 2mm or the material has large elastic, it may influence the operating process. To avoid this, we can adopt a material pressing arm. When fitting on the coil, put the arm on the top point, install the coil, then put the arm down.
10. Hydraulic expansion way is often used when the material weight less than 4 tons. It uses oil pressure to replace the hand crank. You can handle it by hand-control valve.
11. If the customer requires that the material motor starts steady and adjustable, use the frequency converter to control the motor’s speed. About the specific operation, please refer to the instruction of frequency converter.
12. Hydraulic coil car is accessory appliance for Heavy Duty uncoiler. It goes up and down by hydraulic way, using solenoid directional valve to control the hydraulic cylinder piston’s operation. Hydraulic coil car’s forward and backward is supported by motor. When installing the coil, put the coil on loading station, make sure the Loading station stays a line with uncoiler’s principal axis, activate the motor to put the coil on the brace device after material diameter and material tiles become tight, put down the loading machine and start the motor and back to the original position.
Announcements:
1.When connecting the power, please check the power supply and voltage matching rightly and have no poor contact so as to protect the electric motor.
2.Have a good ground connection to avoid accidents which caused by the damage of motor.
3.Cut off the power when installing the coil.
Maintenance:
1. Put Care Oil on the mainshaft bearing every month. Change the oil of reduction box every year. The oil should be added to one third place.
2. Each wiring point should be tightened in electric cabinet to avoid damaging the machine or shortening its using life. Do not let the water or oil flowing into the electric cabinet.
3. Check the electric cabinet and put care oil on mainsha-ft bearing if you do not use it for long time.
4. Keep clean of every part of the machine.
