Four characteristics of the structure of high-speed roller feeder:

1. Unidirectional bearings

Inserted with super hard alloy and with roller bearings, it has the advantages of wear resistance, safety, high accuracy and long service life. The gear is grinded precisely after heat treatment HRC600 and has high transmission accuracy.  

2. roller

The roller adopts hollow type, which has the advantages of light weight and small rotary inertia. It can stop immediately to ensure the feeding accuracy. After heat treatment HRC600, hard chromium plating and grinding, the roller has the advantages of high hardness, excellent wear resistance and long service life.

3. Disc brake

The brake adopts advanced clutch to make the two sides of the pad fully contact. It has long service life, good stability and high precision.

4. Reverse device

①The structure of the high-speed roller feeder is the same as the one-way device, which can control the lower wheel quite accurately. The long-term use will not make the lower wheel have any retrogression phenomenon, and the stability and accuracy are quite high.  

② It will not cause the rear wheel to reverse and the inaccurate distance due to the brake failure due to the residual oil splashed during the stamping.

③ It is not easy to generate high heat.

④ With super hard alloy and roller, it is not easy to wear.

⑤The action mode is circular motion of the roller, and there will be no seizure.

⑥The friction force is small and the required rotational torque is relatively reduced, so the rotating mechanism is less likely to be damaged.

⑦The speed can reach 30 m / min, and the efficiency is increased by 50%.
