Heavy Type Uncoiler Machine

Structure

1. This decoiler is welded by solid steel plate to construct the whole body.

2. Adopting long distance fulcrum, so can sustain heavy weight.

3. Adopting changeable diameter decoiler equipment so that can load material conveniently, decrease the speed by worm wheel and worm, so that can run placidly.

4. Adopting induction brake and control the brake time to get smooth for feeding material.

The design of our reels incorporates a unique "bearing tube" with dual cup and cone Timken bearings to the mandrel and a heavy duty cabinet base. Both motorized and pull-off type reels are available, depending on the application.
Single-end configurations are provided as standard, and Double-ended configurations can be provided to optimize production efficiency by lowering the coil changeover time. Most models are available as Traveling Reels that can be combined with automatic centering functions.

Rack section

1. The whole frame is welded design,adopt the second protection welder for welding, first vertical fillet welding, then flat fillet welding, weld first short weld, then long weld, ensure tight weld, improve quality.

2. All plates are cut by laser plasma with high precision.

3. All parts are processed by numerical control and CNC, good interchangeability of equipment.

4. The overall structure is simple, general technical workers can assemble and replace equipment parts, convenient and fast ,greatly reduce the maintenance cost.

Main shaft、tile part

1. The tiles are made of A3 material, after cutting ,flash processing.remiling tile bevel, bending, drilling and milling groove procedures.

2. The nuts needed to fix each part are all non-slip nuts to prevent them from failing off during operation and from damaging the machine or injuring people.

3. Spindle screw and screw sleeve are made of fine machining to ensure the smoothness of adjusting inner and outer diameter of the machine and avoid unnecessary machine stop for repairs.

 Power section

1. This machine is equipped with a Model 80 worm gear vertical reducer, utilizing a geared speed converter to reduce motor RPM to the required level. This setup provides enhanced torque capacity, suitable for heavy-duty applications.

2. A low-vibration, low-noise vertical motor is used, featuring a fixed rotor with pure copper coils that offer ten times the lifespan of standard coils. Ball bearings are positioned at both ends to ensure low friction and maintain a low operating temperature.

Electric control box

1. The control box uses a silver alloy relay with a full copper coil and a flame-retardant safety base, ensuring long-lasting durability and stable performance.

2. Features an adjustable time-delay circuit with silver alloy contacts, designed to support various delay intervals and dial configurations for different operational needs.

3. The switch incorporates a sliding contact design with a self-cleaning function. The normally open and normally closed contacts use a separate bonding structure to accommodate different pole configurations, equipped with anti-rotation positioning and mounting gaskets to prevent loosening.

4. This component includes a lightweight, moderate-range key structure with a modular, building-block combination design. The contacts use keto-base composite points for high conductivity and large current capacity, offering an operational lifespan of up to 1 million cycles.

Announcements:

1.When connecting the power, please check the power supply and voltage matching rightly and have no poor contact so as to protect the electric motor.

2.Have a good ground connection to avoid accidents which caused by the damage of motor.

3.Cut off the power when installing the coil.


Maintenance:

1. Put Care Oil on the mainshaft bearing every month. Change the oil of reduction box every year. The oil should be added to one third place.

2. Each wiring point should be tightened in electric cabinet to avoid damaging the machine or shortening its using life. Do not let the water or oil flowing into the electric cabinet. 

3. Check the electric cabinet and put care oil on mainsha-ft bearing if you do not use it for long time.

4. Keep clean of every part of the machine.
