5. The automatic lubrication system provides timed, metered, and precise lubrication with thin oil, ensuring sufficient, reliable, and long-lasting lubrication.
6. The PLC electrical control system is responsive and reliable, offering an excellent human-machine interface.
7. The stepless hydraulic locking device eliminates thread gaps, enhancing the dynamic precision at the bottom dead center of the press.
8. The use of combination bearings improves the machine's rigidity and operational precision, reducing total clearance and the heat generation of support parts.
9. Additionally, it can be equipped with quick die change systems, photoelectric protection devices, automatic feeding devices, and air cushions.
